Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will grant you absolute command over your email mailbox accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can create a new email box in no time and manage its settings with ease. Plus, you can redirect electronic mails from one email account to another, activate e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and protect your e-mailboxes against junk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your mailbox accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested emails will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for sorting your incoming mails based on specific rules specified by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and select the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mails from one e-mailbox to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Simply choose the email box you would like to forward e-mail messages from, then choose the destination e-mail box and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you wish to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of everything else.
